By accessing or using the website ihaultoledo.pages.dev (the "Site"), operated by I-HAUL JUNK ("I-Haul," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Services We Provide
I-HAUL JUNK provides junk removal, moving, and light demolition services in Toledo, Ohio and Northwest Ohio. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Residential and commercial junk removal
- Furniture, appliance, and electronics hauling
- Garage, basement, attic, and whole-home cleanouts
- Estate and hoarding cleanouts
- Yard waste and construction debris removal
- Light demolition (sheds, decks, fences, hot tubs, above-ground pools)
- Local residential and commercial moving
Our Site provides information about our services and pricing and allows you to contact us to request a free quote. All moving and junk removal work is performed under separate verbal or written service agreements confirmed at the time of booking.
Pricing and Estimates
Prices shown on our Site (e.g., starting at $89 for a minimum load) are general estimates to give you an idea of cost. Your actual price depends on the volume, weight, type of items, and accessibility.
- Quotes are not binding. We provide free, no-obligation quotes based on the information you give us (photos, description, on-site assessment). Your quoted price is valid for the scope described.
- On-site adjustments. If the actual volume or scope differs from what was described (e.g., additional items, heavier materials, or access difficulties), we will communicate any price adjustment before beginning work. You are never charged more without your approval.
- Surcharges. Unusually heavy items (concrete, dirt, pianos, safes) and certain disposal fees may carry a small surcharge, which will be disclosed upfront.
- Demolition pricing. Hot tub removal, shed teardowns, deck removal, and other demolition jobs are quoted separately based on scope and are not covered by our standard truck-load pricing.
Scheduling and Appointments
We offer same-day, next-day, and scheduled service across Toledo and Northwest Ohio, subject to availability. When you confirm a quote and schedule a pickup:
- We will provide an arrival window (typically a 2-hour window).
- We will call or text you when we are on our way.
- If we need to reschedule due to weather, equipment, or crew availability, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the next available time.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge by contacting us at least 2 hours before your scheduled arrival window.
- Late cancellation / no-show: If we arrive on-site and no one is available to grant access or authorize the work (without prior arrangement), we reserve the right to charge a trip fee of up to $50 to cover fuel and crew time.
- Mid-job cancellation: If you cancel after work has begun, you will be charged for the work already completed based on the volume loaded.
Items We Cannot Accept
For safety and regulatory compliance, we cannot haul the following:
- Hazardous materials (paints, solvents, chemicals, pesticides, gasoline, propane tanks)
- Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials
- Medical waste, needles, or biohazard materials
- Tires (Ohio disposal regulations)
- Radioactive materials
- Explosives, ammunition, or firearms
If you are unsure whether we can take an item, contact us before your appointment. We reserve the right to decline items on-site if they pose a safety or legal risk.
Property Access and Damage
- Access: You are responsible for ensuring we have clear, safe access to the items being removed. This includes unlocking doors, gates, and garages, and clearing a path where possible. For outdoor or accessible items, service may be performed without you present if payment and access are arranged in advance.
- Pre-existing conditions: We recommend noting any pre-existing damage to walls, doorframes, floors, or landscaping before we begin. Our crew takes care to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to surfaces that are already compromised or for normal wear from moving heavy items through tight spaces.
- Liability: I-HAUL JUNK is fully licensed and insured. If our crew causes damage to your property during the course of our work, we will work with you to resolve it fairly. Please report any damage within 48 hours of service completion by calling 567-294-7955.
- Customer property: Once items are loaded onto our truck and you confirm them for removal, they become our responsibility for proper disposal, recycling, or donation. We cannot return items after they have been hauled away.
Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of service.
- We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.
- For large jobs (full-home cleanouts, commercial work, or demolition), a deposit may be required to secure scheduling. Deposit terms will be communicated in your quote.
- We do not store credit card or payment information on our website.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Site to transmit any harmful, threatening, or unlawful material
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
- Use automated systems to scrape, copy, or harvest content from the Site
- Submit false information through our quote request forms
- Use our quote form for spam or solicitation
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, videos, logos, and design — is the property of I-HAUL JUNK or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
Accuracy of Information

Our total liability for any claim related to our junk removal, moving, or demolition services shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for bodily injury or for damage caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
