Are there any hidden fees?+
No. Our quoted price includes all labor, loading, hauling, cleanup, and disposal. The only exception is unusually heavy items like concrete, dirt, or pianos — we'll let you know before quoting if a surcharge applies.
Do heavy items like pianos or concrete cost extra?+
Pianos, safes, concrete, and dirt may have a small surcharge due to extra labor and disposal costs. We'll always tell you upfront — no surprises.

How far in advance should I book?+
Most jobs get scheduled within 24–48 hours. For same-day service, call early. For large estate cleanouts, hoarding situations, or commercial jobs, booking 2-3 days ahead helps us bring the right crew and equipment.
Do I have to be home during the pickup?+
Not always. For outdoor items or accessible areas like garages and driveways, we can often handle it without you there — just arrange payment and access ahead of time. For indoor items, someone should be present to let us in.
Do I need to bag or box everything first?+
No — leave it as-is. We do 100% of the lifting, loading, and cleanup. Whether it's loose items in the attic, a pile in the basement, or scattered across the yard, just point and we'll haul it. We even sweep up after ourselves.
♻️ What We Take & Where It Goes
What items won't you take?+
We can't haul hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, medical waste, or asbestos. We also can't take tires (Ohio disposal regulations). But we handle almost everything else — furniture, appliances, electronics, yard waste, construction debris, mattresses, hot tubs, and more. When in doubt, just ask.
What happens to my junk after you take it?+
We recycle or donate 60–70% of what we haul. Usable furniture and goods go to local charities. Metals, electronics, and recyclables go to the right facilities. Only truly unsalvageable items end up at the landfill.
Do you haul construction debris and renovation waste?+
Absolutely. Drywall, lumber, flooring, roofing, concrete (with surcharge), cabinets, fixtures — we handle all types of construction and renovation debris. Many contractors in the Toledo area use us as their go-to debris removal service.
