Booking to Pickup

• Same-day service: available most days if you call before noon. We can usually be there within 2–4 hours
• Next-day: the most common timeline. Text us a photo today, we show up tomorrow
• Scheduled: pick a specific date and time window that works for you

How Long the Actual Job Takes

• A few items (couch, mattress, TV): 15–20 minutes
• Half a garage: 30–45 minutes
• Full garage cleanout: 1–2 hours
• Estate cleanout (whole house): 4–8 hours, sometimes spread over 2 days
• Construction debris: depends on volume, typically 1–3 hours

How to Speed It Up

• Have everything accessible. Items in the driveway or garage take less time than items on the third floor
• Separate keep from toss. We move faster when we don’t have to ask about each item
• Clear a path. We need to get the items from where they are to the truck
• Be home (or give us access). We can’t start until someone lets us in
